Returns

Frisp delivers fresh, perishable meals made specifically for each dog. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Once a product leaves our kitchen and enters the cold chain, it cannot be resold or reused for safety reasons.

Problems with Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any issue, please contact us immediately at caju.beagle@frisp.nl or via WhatsApp.

We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

We never require products to be returned, as this is not possible for fresh, perishable goods.

This policy complies with EU consumer rules for perishable goods.
